Omówiono ideę kompetencji, ze zwróceniem uwagi na jej wieloznaczność oraz zróżnicowany zakres semantyczny. Opisano także zintegrowany model kompetencji, łączący w spójną całość elementy kompetencji racjonalnej i emocjonalnej.

In the paper it was discussed understanding of the idea of competences, taking into account its ambiguity and the diversified semantic scope. The second part of the study presented an integrated model of competence that linking into the cohesive whole rational and emotional elements of the competence. (original abstract)
