Abstrakty

Rachunkowość społeczna stara się oddać możliwie wierny obraz przebiegu społecznego procesu gospodarczego, nazywanego także procesem reprodukcji społecznej. Informacja, którą ujmuje ten system jest niezbędna do tego, by ocenić, w jakim stopniu wyniki działalności gospodarczej są w stanie zaspokoić konsumpcyjne i wykraczające poza zakres samej konsumpcji aspiracje społeczne. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na potrzebę dalszej rozbudowy systemu rachunków społecznych, objęcia zawartą w nich informacją elementów natury, bez której proces gospodarczy byłby niemożliwy.

The article points out the necessity of widening the scope of national accounts systems applicated in practice by including the elements of Nature in order to stress the role of Nature as the sole source of substance of all material goods. The set of those accounts should show the flows of matter and energy. There are presented general construction principles or such an account system. Substance of Earth as well as the surface of Earth divided in that one used by agriculture and the forestry surface, water, air and energy appear as synthetical elements of the subsystem Nature. Subsequently, the description of 19 accounts separated within that subsystem and 49 operations written down on the accounts is set forth There is expressed an opinion that in spite of difficulties in winning all proper data, the set of accounts should be filled up wiht figures to become an implement in controlling the economy.
