From Local to Global Validation of a Knowledge Base

The paper consists of three parts. The first one describes determinants of KBV, after explanation of an essence of knowledge validation. The second one presents the basic characteristics of local and global KBV. The third one illustrates possible ways of "building bridges" between the two approaches: local and global. The problem looks very similar to some respecting generalisation and specification aspects. Finally, some conclusions arising from the researches are demonstrated. (fragment of text)
