Dokonano przeglądu analitycznych mierników rozwoju gospodarczego i ich zestawów w oparciu o propozycje rzeczoznawców ONX oraz o prace R. Thorna i H. Leibensteina. Omówiono także miernik S. Kurowskiego.

In the article analytical indices used in the evaluation of the economic growth have been appreciated. The author discusses the indices suggested by R. Thorn, H. Leibenstcin and S. Kurowski, the U.N.O. experts. In spite of the simple contruction of the indices and availability of the necessary statistical information the utility of the presented indices for,measuring the economic growth is in the author's opinion unsatisfactory. Each of them can be used to measure only a narrow section of economic reality which is not necessarily representative for the whole of a given economy. Thus the indices can be used only as helping devices and as a supplement to the synthetic index. (original abstract)
