Abstrakty

EN

The experience of highly developed western countries shows a growing importance of human factor in agricultural management along with introducing methods based on achievements of biological and technological progress. In view of rachid changes occurring recently in Poland in the field of introducing those methods, similar trend in human factor as in western countries may likewise be expected. Thus studying the influence of that factor and developing appropriate investigation methods (e. g. factorial analysis) should gain at the period in question particular importance.
