Abstrakty

Czy można zrealizować unię walutową bez dokonania większego postępu w dziedzinie solidarności europejskiej, a zwłaszcza w dziedzinie budżetowej? Pierwsza część artykułu dotyczy skuteczności mechanizmów dostosowawczych w unii monetarnej w obliczu szoków asymetrycznych. Druga charakteryzuje rolę systemów budżetowych w państwach federalnych w redystrybucji i stabilizacji regionalnej. Trzecia część skupia się na policy mix w unii monetarnej i na koordynacji polityk budżetowych. (fragment tekstu)
