Abstrakty

Przedmiotem artykułu jest przedstawienie zagadnień związanych z wyborem stopnia centralizacji i decentralizacji działań logistycznych oraz wyborem instrumentów koordynacji. Podjęto w nim także próbę wykazania, że wraz ze wzrostem znaczenia logistyki wzrasta liczba podmiotów, w których samodzielna komórka organizacyjna „logistyka” jest podporządkowana najwyższemu kierownictwu. W tym celu przedstawiono wyniki badań przeprowadzonych w Katedrze Logistyki i Marketingu Uniwersytetu Opolskiego. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The subject of the article is to present issues related to selection of the degree of centralisation and decentralisation of logistics and the choice of coordination instruments. Also, an attempt has been taken to indicate that as the importance of logistics rises, the number of entities, in which the independent organizational unit “logistics" is subordinated to the top management, rises as well. To this end are presented the results of studies conducted in Department of Logistics and Marketing at the Opole University. (original abstract)
