Abstrakty

W artykule opisano genezę powstania metody planowania i sterowania produkcją oraz kontroli stanów magazynowych. Przedstawiono koncepcję metody oraz zaprezentowano korzyści wynikające z jej stosowania w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. Dużo uwagi poświęcono wynikom badania uwarunkowań wdrożenia oraz efektywnego stosowania metody w wybranym przedsiębiorstwie produkcyjnym. W opracowaniu znajduje się wiele praktycznych wskazówek i wniosków dotyczących możliwości zaprezentowanego toku postępowania w praktyce produkcyjnej. (abstrakt oryginalny)

In the paper there has been presented genesis of the method of planning and steering the production and of controlling the storehouse states. There has been described the concept of the method and various opportunities to make use of it and its benefits for one of the manufacturing enterprises. Moreover, the document includes results of scientific research concerning the determinants of effective implementation and of working the method of planning and steering the production and of controlling the storehouse states for one of the manufacturing enterprises. Additionally, the article presents conclusions of the research and useful tips for MPSKSM users. (original abstract)
