Abstrakty

Zaobserwowane w latach 1998-2006 osłabienie koniunktury miało wiele przyczyn. Konsekwencją ich występowania były zmiany wielkości i struktury nakładów inwestycyjnych. Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie uwarunkowań działalności inwestycyjnej w polskiej gospodarce we wspomnianym okresie, ukazanie struktury inwestycji oraz segmentów rynku budowlanego i barier jego rozwoju. The article discusses the conditions for investment activity in the Polish economy between the years 1997-2007. It looks at factors that had a positive influence on the ability of economic entities to invest during this period, and also those that caused investment activity to be delayed. It next offers an analysis of the scale and structure of investments, focusing on their technical classification criteria, criteria of the owners of the investing entities and their place in their respective sectors and branches of the economy. The last part of the article presents an analysis of construction and assembly production in terms of the type of buildings supplied for usage (criteria are based on the Polish Classification of Buildings). It also takes up barriers to the development of the construction investment market. (original abstract)
