Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przeprowadzenie badań teoretycznych w zakresie istoty i rodzajów outsourcingu. W szczególności uwaga jest skupiona na rodzajach outsourcingu usług i jego związkach że strategia przedsiębiorstwa, które korzysta z usług zleceniobiorców. Artykuł przedstawia zarówno podstawowe rodzaje outsourcingu, jak i rodzaje outsourcingu zagranicznego (offshoringu). Ponadto na przykładzie multisourcing wskazano powiązania outsourcingu ze strategią przedsiębiorstwa. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The article presents the set of outsourcing's types definitions. It shows differences between outsourcing, nearshoring and offshoring and between captive, joint venture and typical outsourcing. It also relates to the problem of links between business strategy and outsourcing strategy which cause that new types of outsourcing appear such as multisourcing or smartsourcing.
