Abstrakty

Wyrazem poziomu życia ludności jest struktura wydatków gospodarstw domowych. Wsród tej problematyki, szczególne miejsce zajmują wydatki na mieszkanie, które pochłaniają drugą, największą część (po wydatkach na żywność) dochodu rozporządzalnego. Analizie wydatków ponoszonych na użytkowanie mieszkania i nośniki energii oraz na wyposażenie mieszkania i prowadzenie gospodarstwa domowego według grup społeczno-ekonomicznych gospodarstw domowych oraz wielkości gospodarstw poświęcony jest niniejszy artykuł. The empirical analysis was based on the following indicators: - the share of expenses on housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels in the total expenditures per person, - the share of expenses on furnishing the household and routine maintenance of the house in the total expenditures per person, estimated on the households budget data, survey carried out in 1993-2004 by Central Statistical Office. As a result of the research the following can be said : - both the social-economic group of households and their size fundamentally influence the level of average share of expenditure on housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels in the total expenses per person. On the other hand, the average share of expenditure on furnishing the household and routine maintenance of the house do not differ according to socio-economic groups and the household size, - the most diverse subpopulation as regards expenses on housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels are households retirees and pensioners. With reference to the expenses on furnishing the household and routine maintenance of the household, the most diverse subpopulation is households of the self-employed, - with reference to both types of housing expenses, single-person households constitute the most diverse subpopulation.
