Abstrakty
Strategic choices made in the process of establishing and developing of spin-offs companies relate significantly to various configurations of resources, interactions of resources and institutional origin and market parameters. They consist in the identification of available options and their assessment according to established criteria, choosing the best option and taking certain actions. The article attempts to present the structure, based on the configuration approach to spin-offs companies. The proposed approach enables visualization of the basic ingredients of the organizational configurations, while providing a causal explanation of developmental behaviors in connection with the evolution of the organization and its environment.
