Internal Image of the Organization as the Way to Anchor Human Resources
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W sytuacji, gdy otoczenie przedsiębiorstw staje się coraz mocniej wymagające, następują szybkie zmiany i panuje duża niepewność co do najbliższej przyszłości, organizacje muszą reagować elastycznie i szybko. Taka reakcja z kolei wymaga dobrze przygotowanych pracowników, mocno zaangażowanych i zmotywowanych, profesjonalnie działających, gotowych do poświęceń, którzy stają się podstawowym, mobilnym zasobem.
At times when the environment is becoming more and more demanding, rapid changes are taking place and a great uncertainty is prevailing even in the near future, organizations must react flexibly and quickly. Such a reaction requires well prepared employees, firmly engaged and motivated, acting professionally, ready to sacrifice, who are becoming the basic, mobile source. The influence of the organisation's internal image is able to attract right people from the competitive labor market as well as, which seems even more important, hold employees in the long term - by anchoring them in the organization. The present article offers reflections on a model approach to building such an internal image of an enterprise. (original abstract)
