Abstrakty
W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań nad strategiami wysoko efektywnych małych i średnich firm z wykorzystaniem analizy obwodowej danych oraz analizy jakościowej.
The paper presents the results of research on strategies of high performing SMEs, conducted with the use of Data Envelopment Analysis and qualitative methods. The research has been based on the model of high performing SME rooted in positive organizational scholarship and high performance organization approach. The research focuses on strategy. The key features include the vision salience and its acceptance by the employees, as well as monitoring the efficiency of the strategy and the values on which it was based. The research results partly contradict the claims in the literature, pointing to a more informal strategy as the way to an organizational success. (original abstract)
