Abstrakty

Na świecie najpowszechniejszym systemem zarządzania jakością jest system spełniający wymagania zawarte w normie ISO 9001. W ramach systemu zarządzania jakością (SZJ) definiowane są cele dotyczące jakości, a stopień ich realizacji określany jest mianem suteczności. W niniejszym opracowaniu autor postawił sobie dwa cele. Pierwszy cel (teoretyczny) to identyfikacja elementów związanych z działalnością gospodarczą, które wpływają na skuteczność systemu zarządzania jakością wraz z wyznaczeniem czynników zależnych od wewnętrznych decyzji danej organizacji. Za drugi cel (empiryczny) przyjęto dokonanie oceny oddziaływania zidentyfikowanych elementów na skuteczność systemu zarządzania jakością i wyznaczenie najważniejszych z nich określanych, przez autora, mianem determinant. The certification of Quality Management Systems against ISO 9001 requirements is common in organizations all around the world. An effective QMS facilitates accomplishment of the desired results in each organization. We need to identify the system components of business activity of the organization which influence the realization of identified quality targets in order to improve the effectiveness of QMS. This article presents results of the analysis of literature in this field. The literature concentrated mainly on the identification of factors which influence the effectiveness of QMSs. The significance of selected factors was assessed on the basis of a survey performed on the group of building contractors in Poland. These contractors had implemented QMSs. Based on the results of empirical research internal factors were hierarchized according to their influence on QMS effectiveness. The results of the research were then compared with the results of literature analysis. The factors which strongly influence QMS effectiveness were determined on the correlation of these factors with the selected results of quality management systems. In the final section the determinants of QMS are presented. (original abstract)
