Abstrakty
Społeczna odpowiedzialność wskazuje na zobowiązanie przedsiębiorstw do podejmowania działań w różnych obszarach. W literaturze przedmiotu można spotkać wiele modeli i podejść do społecznej odpowiedzialności, co prowadzi w praktyce do dowolnej interpretacji. Podjęte działania normalizacyjne miały na celu wskazanie procesu wdrażania CSR w organizacji. W artykule przedstawiono inicjatywy normalizacyjne w zakresie społecznej odpowiedzialności. Omówiono standard AA 1000 oraz SA 8000. Przedstawiono nowy standard w zakresie społecznej odpowiedzialności – ISO 26000. (abstrakt oryginalny)
Social responsibility points out that businesses are obliged to undertake activities in areas. There are many models and approaches for social responsibility in the literature, thus leading to arbitrary interpretations. The undertaken standardization actions were aimed at indication of the CSR implementation process within the organisation. In this paper the social responsibility standardisation initiatives are presented. The AA 1000 and SA 8000 standards are discussed. The new CSR standard - ISO 26000 is also presented.
