It can be said, that every day the world is changing faster than ever before. Changes in access to information, speed of technology development and transfer of knowledge create this situation. Nowadays the companies have to be faster than their competitors to be the best and to survive on the global market. E-learning is a tool, which gives everybody opportunity to gain the fast knowledge anytime and anywhere you are. E-learnig is a tool which is being used by international cooporations, and it is a tool which should be more and more popular in small and medium-sized enterprises all over the world, to make them successful on the national and international markets.
