Abstrakty

Procesom globalizacji w gospodarce światowej towarzyszy m.in. pojawienie się i pogłębianie strukturalnej globalnej nierównowagi międzynarodowych finansów. Wśród uwarunkowań globalnych nierównowag rozpatrywać należy, z jednej strony, czynniki, kierunki i wielkość deficytów rachunku obrotów bieżących największych gospodarek oraz, z drugiej strony, przepływy kapitału finansujące deficyt bieżący, wraz z istotnymi zmianami w poziomie i strukturze rezerw walutowych. Opracowanie podejmuje próbę prezentacji wybranych aspektów globalnej asymetrii, poglądów w literaturze przedmiotu w tej kwestii oraz postulowanych kierunków globalnych przedsięwzięć regulacyjno-dostosowawczych. The process of globalisation in the world economy is accompanied by appearence and deepen of structural global imbalances in internation finances. As conditioning that global imbalances could be considered deficits of current accounts in major developed economies, as well as capital flows financing these deficits, together with changes in currency reserves' ammount an structure. This paper is an attempt to discuss and assess several aspects of global asymmetry in capital flows and finances, to present several points of view in international literature concerning with this problem and proposing ways of adjustment to solve that global problems.
