Abstrakty

Przedstawiono rozwiązania dotyczące współpracy w dziedzinie polityki konkurencji, które są zdeterminowane przez interesy narodowe i różnice w filozofii stosowania prawa. Zaprezentowano wypracowane rozwiązania i rozbieżności na forach dwóch organizacji - Organizacji Współpracy Gospodarczej i Rozwoju oraz Konferencji Narodów Zjednoczonych ds. Handlu i Rozwoju.
