Abstrakty

Celem artykułu było dokonanie opisu i analizy ewolucji rynku pracy w Szwecji oraz w Danii w okresie powojennym. Jak się okazuje, układ sił politycznych w początkowym stadium kształtowania się modelu wpływa bezpośrednio na zasadnicze cechy danego modelu. Chodzi o to, w jakim stopniu bronione są interesy danych grup społecznych w długim okresie funkcjonowania danego modelu. W Szwecji sprawdziła się współpraca politycznej reprezentacji ruchu robotniczego ze związkami zawodowymi, zaś w Danii osiągnięto kompromis pomiędzy pracodawcami i związkami zawodowymi. This article is to describe and analyze the evolution of the labour market in Sweden and Denmark during the postwar period. The political situation, at the very beginning of the 20th century affected the results whose political interests would be saved at the highest level, especially in the long run. Sweden succeed in co-operation between political representation of working class and trade unions. On the other hand, Denmark succeed as long as the compromise between employers and trade unions is considered. (original abstract)
