Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja oraz analiza kierunków ewolucji polityki Unii Europejskiej w zakresie przenoszenia własności przedsiębiorstw. Jako główną technikę badawczą zastosowano metodę badania dokumentów, czyli analizę aktów prawnych, raportów oraz programów wspólnotowych. Pomocniczo zastosowano także metodę statystyczną, metodę wnioskowania logicznego oraz metodę komparatywną. Metoda statystyczna (analiza danych statystycznych) polega na analizowaniu dokumentów źródłowych i ogólnodostępnych danych statystycznych. (fragment tekstu)

The article addresses the transfer of business ownership in EU policy chronologically, from the beginning of the 1990s to December 2008. The aim of the article is to present and analyse the evolution of EU policy on the transfer of enterprise ownership. It makes use of research on legal acts, reports and community programmes as the main research technique. On the basis of selected material the conclusion may be reached that both community policy on the transfer of enterprise ownership and the European Commission recommendations in this area are sufficient. Their implementation, monitoring and perfection in all likelihood guarantee the proper support for the continuity of European enterprises, especially small and medium family enterprises. Here it should be emphasised that measures taken by particular member states have fallen short. (original abstract)
