Abstrakty

Celem opracowania jest identyfikacja podstawowych problemów związanych z przeprowadzeniem procesu restrukturyzacji w przedsiębiorstwie, wskazanie czynników determinujących oraz narzędzi wykorzystywanych w trakcie działań restrukturyzacyjnych. Szczególnie skupiono się na próbie dokonania analizy poglądów dotyczących działań restrukturyzacyjnych oraz dokonaniu oceny powstających rezultatów. W artykule przedstawiono również pogląd na działania restrukturyzacyjne w aspekcie reorganizacji działalności przedsiębiorstw, opartej niejednokrotnie na działaniach w strategicznych obszarach funkcjonowania. A competitiveness issue was often the subject of the scientific analysis in literature. A number of publications also includes research describing the level of competitiveness in various sectors of human activity. U also includes competitiveness of enterprises and their mutual rivalry. The paper presents selected number of issues relating to the restructuring process of enterprise. There are plenty of the operational elements of enterprises, which have a particular importance for a business and influencing corporate strategy or financing sources. However one of the important areas is the knowledge how to restructure these assets which requires correction. it seems that the issue of restructuring, points the business in each area of operations.
