Multiple Measures of Marketing Effectiveness Compared to Other Methods
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
Measurement of marketing effectiveness attracts managerial attention, because it is most important thing to know what kind of company they run - effective or not effective. This paper presents multiple measures of marketing as the best methods of measuring the performance of marketing. It discuses also other methods - single financial output measures, non-financial measures and input measures, which managers use often in spite of their imperfection. (original abstract)
