Abstrakty
Zaprezentowana przez nas problematyka ekonomiczna była przedmiotem badań i analiz głównie w drugiej połowie lat pięćdziesiątych oraz w latach sześćdziesiątych, ale - niejako siłą rozpędu - zajmowano się nią jeszcze w początkach lat siedemdziesiątych. Trzeba jednak podkreślić, że wyraźną cezurę - nie tylko w sferze rozwoju teorii - stanowił rok 1968. Wówczas właśnie spotkały się z frontalnym atakiem m.in. - a właściwie przede wszystkim - poglądy W. Brusa i M. Kaleckiego; represje dotknęły także C. Bobrowskiego i niektórych innych ekonomistów. Najbardziej jednak brzemienne w następstwa okazało się odłożenie realizacji radykalnej reformy gospodarczej do bliżej nie określonej przyszłości i to w tym samym dokładnie czasie, gdy wprowadzili ją Węgrzy. Formułowane więc od 1956 r. w ramach teorii ekonomicznej wnioski, sugestie, koncepcje i postulaty zostały po prostu odrzucone, a nawet potępione. (fragment tekstu)
The beginnings of research over the economic theory of socialism in Poland have been related to the discussion which took place in 1948 in the Central Planning Board. There appeared the issue of the methods of planning and the procedure of the National Income calculation. However, it was not until the Second Congress of Economists that the epoch of rapid development of economics started. This development concerned the theory of economic growth on the one hand, and the theory of the functionning of economy - on the 'Other, including both the problems of prices and market-accounting procedures. Since the theory of functionning was associated with the postulate of economic reform, the main stress in research was laid on the problem of decision decentralization and the parametrization of management in the economy. It was against this background that the analysis was conducted concerning the relationship between the plan and the market, the information systems, the stimulation and alimentation, the role of particular kinds of institutional norms, as well as the character and consequences of the producer-dominated market.
