Abstrakty

Historia międzynarodowych stosunków gospodarczych pokazuje, że żaden kraj nie może się rozwijać bez prowadzenia handlu zagranicznego. Połączenia i współzależności pomiędzy handlem zagranicznym, a stopą wzrostu gospodarczego należą do podstawowych pytań analizowanych w teorii międzynarodowych stosunków gospodarczych. Te połączenia i zależności przedstawione są za pomocą teorii mnożnika, zastosowanego w warunkach gospodarki otwartej.

The history of international economic relations shows that no country can develop without carrying on foreign trade. Connections and interdependencies between the foreign trade and the rate of economic growth belong to essential questions analysed in the theory of international economic relations. These connections and dependencies are presented by the multiplier theory adapted to open economy. After having analysed the assumptions of the foreign trade multiplier, its working is discussed, mostly after the views of K. Kurihara, which are specially interesting, because this author expanded onto dynamic issues the relative static considerations of J. M. Keynes. Further, critical evaluation of the theory of foreign trade multiplier is made, showing the uselessness of its assumptions and conclusions in the analysis of nowaday international economic relations. At the end, for comparison, the method of describing by the economists of socialist countries the influence of foreign on the social reproduction is presented. (original abstract)
