The New Legislation Framework for the marketing of products were accepted in 2008.It revises the Community law relating to the market surveillance, the conformity assessment bodies, the accreditation, the meaning of the CE marking and it is a toolbox of future legislation. The law relating to the market surveillance introduces detailed rules to protect the users from unsafe product. It enlarges the requirements for the conformity assessment bodies. It also pays back the attention for the enhancement of the credibility of the CE marking as a community collective trade mark. The New Legislation Framework also establishes common definitions and procedures, which are the basis for the future legislation. (original abstract)

Nowe Ramy Prawne dotyczące wprowadzania produktów do obrotu zostały przyjęte w 2008 roku. Nowelizują one wspólnotowe przepisy w zakresie nadzoru rynku, jednostek oceniających zgodność i akredytacji, znaczenia oznakowania CE oraz są narzędziem dla przyszłej legislacji. Przepisy dotyczące nadzoru rynku wprowadzają szczegółowe zasady celem ochrony użytkownika przed niebezpiecznym produktem. Zwiększone zostają wymagania dla jednostek przeprowadzających ocenę zgodności. Dużą uwagę zwraca się także na zwiększenie wiarygodności oznakowania CE jako wspólnego znaku towarowego. Nowe Ramy Prawne ustalają także wspólne definicje i procedury, które stanowią podstawę dla przyszłej legislacji. (abstrakt oryginalny)
