Abstrakty

Realizacji budowlanych przedsięwzięć inwestycyjnych zwykle towarzyszy wiele trudności. Przez ubezpieczycieli owe trudności określane są mianem ryzyk budowy lub montażu. Stąd też, ażeby w miarę wcześnie zapobiec ewentualnym skutkom ryzyka, wymagane jest, aby bezpośrednio na placu budowy zastosować skuteczne techniki i narzędzia identyfikacji ryzyka. Jedną z takich technik jest lista kontrolna (check list), dzięki której zarówno inwestor, jak i wykonawca przedsięwzięcia są w stanie rozpoznać większość grożących im niebezpieczeństw, tj. ryzyko. Construction projects tend to face a lot of difficulties. Insurers refer to such difficulties as construction or assembly risks. Therefore, in order to prevent any consequences of these risks, at a possibly early stage, effective risk identification techniques and tools have to be directly implemented at a construction site. One of such techniques is a check list, which allows an investor and a contractor performing the project to recognise most of the hazards they may be exposed to i.e. the risks. (original abstract)
