Abstrakty
Kompetencja współdziałania nie jest prostą rutyną międzyorganizacyjną, przede wszystkim dlatego, że współdziałanie dotyczy zwykle celów strategicznych i wykracza poza działalność operacyjną. Ponadto przejawia się ona odmiennie na poziomie diad i sieci. Bez względu na poziom analizy, wyróżnia się w ramach kompetencji współdziałania kilka części składowych. Dotychczasowe badania empiryczne oraz propozycje modeli pozwalają wyróżnić po 3 składowe na poziomie kompetencji relacyjnej i kompetencji sieciowej. Zważywszy na ograniczenia warunków empirycznych oraz wczesne stadium rozwoju teorii współdziałania nie wydaje się, aby lista składowych była wyczerpująca. Otwiera to pole badań o charakterze deskryptywnym w zakresie kompozycji kompetencji współdziałania. Ponadto potrzeba adaptacji w warunkach między organizacyjnych zdaje się wskazywać na potrzebę badań dynamicznych, czyli zmienności kompetencji współdziałania w czasie. Na tej podstawie możliwe będzie powiązanie tej kompetencji z najważniejszymi zmiennymi zależnymi w zarządzaniu strategicznym. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of this article is to characterize the relational competencies at the level of specific entities interacting dyad and the competence network, at the level of many entities. The first part of the study is focused on the concept of competence, both in the context of organizational routines, as well as in dynamic terms. The second part is characterized by relational competence as a complex and variable system routines. The third part discusses the ability to interact with multiple partners simultaneously in the long portfolio of alliances and networks of innovative orchestration. Summary outlines some of the links between these concepts. (original abstract)
