An Example of Empirical Best Linear Unbiased Predictor (EBLUP) Application for Small Area Estimation in Polish Household Budget Survey

In the small area estimation literature there are many examples of empirical best linear unbiased predictor (EBLUP) technique application related to household surveys, especially income surveys and living conditions surveys. In this paper authors based on real data study accuracy of empirical predictor assuming basic area level model. Computations are supported by SAE package designed for R-project environment.
