The work represents a brief analysis of actual development dynamics of technical innovations. In the aspect of their scientific, technical and economic genesis. The author qualifies the estimation of all conditions considering not only the effects brought by In the of determined technical solutions but he also takes into consideration all the appearing In the process of new technics creation. The development rhytm of technical innovations also depends on the obtained innovations. Capital expenditure restitutive as well as a net one is the factor setting the appearance and spreading the innovations conclusively. All these processes are considerably determined by the need of economic remunerativeness. That is why among other things arises the problem of planning the technics development In connection with economic development and the problem of the most favourable rate of capital expenditure which is a of development rhytm corresponding to the economic and social requirements.
