Analysis of growth trend and changes of economic structure are presented. The growth trend consist of economic growth and social optimum. Considering the changes of economic structure we ought to take into account the following elements: 1) structure of foreign relations, 2) structure of socio-economic, 3) structure of organization, 4) structure of planning account, 5) structure of socio-economic goal and means of its realizations. In the article, the author also discusses in detail the problem of correlation between the growth trend and changes of economic structure. some presentations in form of a chart are included.
