Concentration processes and the structure of professional qualifications in internal trade

Abstrakty
There exist feedback relations between the course of concentration and the employment structure in the trade: Particular forms of trade require an adequate structure of professional qualifications of the employees, but they also depend on this structure. Although all the concentration processes lead to alterations of traditional merchant careers, specific forms of concentration exert different influence upon particular employment groups. Especially the influence of the con¬centration of directions and the concentration of means should be mentioned; each of them leads to specific forms of distribution and labour concentration. A dominant factor shaping the functional and qualificational employment structure is the concentration of means as well as related to it changes in the organization and technique of selling and goods manipulation. A considerable polarization of functions and qualifications is a result of the concentration and progress - a stratification of employment: on the one hand to the employees trained during work, and, on the other hand, management personnel and staff workers of very high qualifications.
