Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest podkreślenie znaczenia polifoniczności kultury organizacyjnej w kreowaniu przewagi konkurencyjnej. Kultura danej firmy może być właściwie kształtowana tylko dzięki prawidłowej komunikacji na poziomie wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym. Komunikacja zaś jest bardzo ważna dla kierujących organizacjami i traktowana przez nich jako efektywne narzędzie strategiczne determinujące pozycję firmy na rynku. Warto więc zwrócić uwagę na rolę komunikacji korporacyjnej, będącej elementem kultury organizacyjnej w determinowaniu przewagi konkurencyjnej. W tej pracy zostanie podjęta próba wykazania jak kultura organizacyjna i szeroko pojmowany dyskurs korporacyjny, zarówno na poziomie wewnętrznym i zewnętrznym, wpływają na sukces lub porażkę organizacji. The aim of this article is to stress how important is the polyphonicity of organizational culture in determining a company's competitive advantage. The culture of a given company can be created only by means of proper internal and external communication. Communication as such is very important for managers since it is an effective strategic tool used to influence the market position. Thus, in this paper an attempt will be made to discuss the role of communication, being an element of organizational culture, in creating and sustaining competitive advantage. The author will discuss how organizational culture and corporate discourse determine the success or failure of companies. (original abstract)
