Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule przedstawione zostały wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących wpływu przywództwa transformacyjnego, nadziei oraz optymizmu na osiąganie przez organizację wysokiej efektywności. Do badań wykorzystano model oparty na pozytywnej nauce o organizacji (Positive Organizational Scholarship - POS) oraz nurcie organizacji wysokiej efektywności (High Performance Organization - HPO). Badania przeprowadzono w dwóch etapach: w pierwszym wykorzystano analizę obwodową danych do identyfikacji organizacji wysokiej efektywności, w drugim przeprowadzono szczegółowe badania jakościowe, których celem była odpowiedź na pytanie o źródła wysokiej efektywności. The paper presents the results of the research on the influence of transformational leadership, hope and optimism on achieving high organizational performance. The research model has been based on Positive Organizational Scholarship and High Performance Organization notion. The research has been conducted in two stages, in the first one the group of high performing organizations has been recognized using Data Envelopment Analysis, in the second the detailed antecedents of high performance have been investigated using qualitative research methods.
