Abstrakty

Artykuł ma na celu określenie zakresu i natury polityki regulacyjnej oraz strategii ładu korporacyjnego w nawiązaniu do finansów islamskich. Na potrzeby rozwinięcia rynków kapitałowych państw muzułmańskich wysuwa się niekiedy ideę przeniesienia zarówno doświadczenia, jak i struktury rynków rozwiniętych i zaimplementowania ich w świecie islamu. Jednak sukces rynku zawiera w sobie często nieformalne aspekty uwarunkowane kulturowo, których nie da się powielić. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The main objective of the article is to define the scope and the framework of regulation policy as well as the strategies of corporate governance regarding Islamic finance. While modern western scholars claim to transfer both the technology and the experience of western financial institutions on the Muslim market, the author searches for the common values and tries to evaluate the potential risk of such collaboration.
