Artykuł porusza bardzo interesujące poznawczo i niezwykle istotne zagadnienie komunikowania pomiędzy szkołami a pracodawcami. Szczególną uwagę autor poświęcił znaczeniu form i zakresu relacji na linii szkoła-pracodawca. Analizie i ocenie z punktu widzenia konsekwencji dla absolwentów szkół zawodowych poddano dwa, bardzo wyraźnie zarysowane modele rozwiązań instytucjonalnych: japoński i niemiecki. (fragment tekstu)

In the paper we present three models of school-to-work transition. These models are determined on the basis of two criteria: educational signalling (i.e. how effectively the educational system signals about both learned and inborn competences of the graduates) and the level of employment protection (which determines the cost of hiring an inapt worker). Using this typology we analyse specific ways of communication between schools and employers which developed within particular models of school-to-work transition. (original abstract)
