Komunikowanie wewnętrzne to jeden z najbardziej perspektywicznych a jednocześnie najmniej docenianych obszarów public relations. Niemal każdy podręcznik PR podkreśla jego znaczenie, jednak niewiele jest opracowań i specjalistów zgłębiających tę dziedzinę, która w przedsiębiorstwach częściej jest domeną HR niż PR. This article offers a study of the specificity of intemal communication at the time of changes with reference to a research conducted among the employees of an automotive industry company. The author verifies the thesis that in times of economic downturn, the employees tend to appreciate more the role of the very fact of employment as ajob satisfaction factor. At the same time, employees look for information on their company's market situation and fmancial condition. While it was not possible to unequivocally verify the former thesis, the latter one seems true in the light of the research. When crisis hits the industry and job stability is threatened, employees tend to look for information on their company's situation, number of orders and the corporate strategy because they realize the close relation between this information and their employment safety.
