Abstrakty

W lipcu 2011 r. wejdzie w życie Dyrektywa UC1TS IV, której celem jest wzmocnienie międzynarodowej konkurencji na wspólnym rynku funduszy inwestycyjnych. Głównym celem nowelizacji była eliminacja ograniczeń prawnych, które powodują wzrost kosztów i jednocześnie nie przyczyniają się do poprawy bezpieczeństwa uczestników funduszy. Dyrektywa ta może zmienić strukturę polskiego rynku funduszy inwestycyjnych otwierając go szerzej na konkurencję zagranicznych funduszy, ale także upraszczając procedury związane z tworzeniem i oferowaniem polskich funduszy inwestycyjnych. Directive UCITS IV that was aimed to strengthen international competition on single market of investment funds, will come into force in July 2011. The main objective of the amendment was to eliminate legal restrictions that increase the costs and at the same time do not improve the level of investor protection. Directive UCITS IV may alter the structure of the Polish investments' fund market by opening the market widely to competition of foreign funds, but also by simplifying the procedures related to creation and distribution of the Polish investment funds.
