In every day life we always meet the problem of an optimal investing capital. In modelling the financial market time is an important factor. It influences on the values of the capital investment. In modelling this economic phenomenon time is included in case of a discrete model and in case of a continuous one. In this article the application of the sequential games with modelling the financial market is presented. A game is multi - step if at least one player makes one move. In the paper a sequential game is shown in case of discrete one for example of the stochastic game and in case of continuous, it is the differential game. The application of the stochastic games with the description of the capital flow and the application of the differential games for modelling the financial market where.there are two investors or two groups of the investors who are investing their capital in the exchange and in the bank, are described.
