Abstrakty

Orientacja przedsiębiorcza posiada pięć wymiarów: proaktywność, innowacyjność, skłonność do podejmowania ryzyka, autonomię i agresję konkurencyjną. W artykule zostaną podjęte rozważania teoretyczne wskazujące na oddziaływanie poszczególnych wymiarów orientacji przedsiębiorczej w danej organizacji na jej zdolność do realizacji koncepcji zrównoważonego rozwoju organizacji. An entrepreneurial orientation has its five dimensions, proactiveness, innovation, risk taking, autonomy and competitive aggression. The article contains theoretical reflections indicating the impact of different dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation in an organization on its ability to achieve sustainable development.
