Abstrakty
Przedstawiono analizę współzależności między wybranymi cechami władzy lokalnej, a kierunkami działalności produkcyjnej jednostek administracyjnych oraz zjawiskami reprezentowanymi sprawność działania władz. Badaniem empirycznym objęto 35 jednostek terytorialnych.
The paper includes the analysis of the strength of the relationship between the characteristics of the elite of local authorities (age, years of service, education of aldermen, the chairman of the people's council and the director) and the selected phenomena characterizing their functioning and certain effects of economic activity. The studies are based on the results of the research carried out by a group of scientific workers (Academy of Economics in Cracow) in 35 selected towns and communities in the districts of Cracow, Nowy Sącz and Tarnów It has been stated that the main differentiating, divisional lines run between the agricultural and non-agricultural basic functions of administrative units, It is rather symptomatic of the problem that the correlation analysis has not confirmed many expected dependences regarding the discussed phenomena.(original abstract)
