Abstrakty

W artykule podjęta została kolejna próba bliższego sprecyzowania istoty kategorii efektywności, a w ślad za tym wyjaśnienia struktury i dynamiki koncepcji efektywności logistyki, w kontekście ich współczesnych przewartościowań zarządczych. Przedmiotem dociekań była przede wszystkim identyfikacja wzajemnych relacji między sprawnością logistyki, skutecznością logistyki, zdolnością logistyki do zmiany, zdolnością adaptacyjną logistyki oraz zróżnicowaniem świadczeń logistyki, traktowanych jako podstawowe wymiary kształtowania koncepcji efektywności logistyki. Aspekty wielowymiarowości i przewartościowań zarządczych i rynkowych w odniesieniu do wspomnianych wymiarów efektywności zostały bliżej zidentyfikowane w świetle zmian/rozwoju koncepcji logistics performance measurement, traktowanej współcześnie jako koncepcja systemowej oceny i kształtowania efektywności procesów logistycznych. The article attempts to examine the nature and foundations of "performance category" once again. The paper ex­plains the structure and dynamics of logistics performance concept in terms of their contemporary managerial re-evaluations. In particular, the subject of the article is the identification of mutual relations among logistics ef­ficiency, logistics effectiveness, logistics changeability and adaptability, and logistics differentiation perceived as fundamental dimensions of logistics performance concept development. Aspects of multidimensionality and mana­gerial as well as market re-evaluations in relation to mentioned performance dimensions have been identified more precisely on the basis of changes and development of logistics performance measurement concept. The concept is nowadays perceived as a concept of systemic evaluation and development of logistics processes performance. (original abstract)
