Abstrakty

Na początku artykułu opisano sposób obliczania wskaźników (relacji) eksportowo-importowych, które są powszechnie stosowanymi miernikami pozycji konkurencyjnej dotyczącymi obrotów w ujęciu ogólnym oraz w przekroju grup towarowych. Następnie szczegółowo przeanalizowano kształtowanie się zmian udziałów Polski na rynkach wybranych partnerów handlowych: Niemiec, Rosji i Ukrainy.

Commonly used measures of competitive position concerning turnover generally taken as well as cross-section of commodity groups or even individual goods, are export-import indicators (relations). However, informative value of these gauges is limited because they are concerned with export and import of analysed countries - Poland's trade partners. They constitute the measures of "internal" competitive advantages considered from the point of view of mutual turnovers. Notwithstanding, they allow to specify the participation of these countries in international labour division, the level of economic development and the state of advances in technology, and the analysis including periods of at least 5 years enables to determine direction and rate of structural changes in the economies of countries - trade partners.
