Abstrakty

W opracowaniu podjęto próbę analizy transformacji systemowej wschodnich Niemiec z perspektywy teorii ładu gospodarczego. Rozważania koncentrują się wokół przyczyn słabszych od oczekiwanych rezultatów przemian w byłej NRD i prowadzą do wniosku, że przeszczepianie kompletnego ładu gospodarczego instytucji formalnych musi uwzględniać Euckenowski "moment historyczny" i rolę instytucji nieformalnych. This paper is an attempt at analyzing the transformation of East Germany from the perspective of the theories of economic order. Considerations revolve around the reasons for the weaker than expected results of changes in the former GDR and lead to the conclusion that the transplantation of a complete set of formal institutions (set up, designed order) must consider Euckenian "historical moment" and the role of informal institutions (spontaneous order).
