Abstrakty

Sformułowane ramy koncepcyjne przyczyniły się do podjęcia problematyki znaczenia odległości i interakcji między przedsiębiorstwami a dostawcami w celu realizacji aktywności innowacyjnej w regionalnych systemach przemysłowych w Polsce. Podstawową hipotezą prowadzonych badań jest twierdzenie, że działalność innowacyjna regionalnych systemów przemysłowych jest istotnie uwarunkowana odległością przedsiębiorstw od dostawców i charakterem utrzymywanych z nimi relacji. Znajomość przebiegu procesów innowacyjnych w gospodarkach regionalnych powinna przyczynić się do poprawy skuteczności stymulowania tej aktywności przedsiębiorstw, dzięki korzystniej dopasowanym narzędziom polityki innowacyjnej. Głównym celem badania była próba oceny znaczenia odległości geograficznej od dostawców i charakteru utrzymywanych z nimi relacji na aktywność innowacyjną przedsiębiorstw w obrębie regionalnych systemów przemysłowych.

The learning process that is taking place following the interaction between organizations is facilitated by spatial proximity, which affects the intensification of collaboration between firms and other institutions. Such intensification creates an area (pool) with specialized skills, in addition, difficult to follow, because of unique characteristics (specificity). Outlined a conceptual framework helped to consider the impact of colocalization of the companies in regional industrial systems in their innovation activity. The basic hypothesis of the study was the claim that innovative mechanisms operating in the territorial industrial systems and in their dealings with the environment are significantly determined by remoteness from urban, regional companies. This factoraffects the shape of the current industrial systems in Poland, a country undergoing economic transformation. The optimal identification of innovative processes and their limitations in the national management system, that creates the basis for building a diversified network of innovative pathways that take account of national and intraregional specific, enabling the acceleration of the processes of creating, absorption and diffusion of technology. The main objective of this study was to attempt to seek the impact of diverse geographical conditions on the activity of innovative firms within the regional industrial systems, and consequently determine the boundary conditions for the model structure of regional innovation networks, taking into account the specificities of the Polish economy.
