Abstrakty

W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano "Metodę oceny poziomu samodzielności zakładu w przedsiębiorstwie wielozakładowym". Jej zastosowanie umożliwi diagnozę stanu faktycznego - autentycznego (wobec przyjętych kryteriów) poziomu samodzielności decyzyjnej jaką dysponuje kierownictwo zakładu. Stanowić może, konsekwencji, punkt odniesienia dla zmian racjonalizujących więzi w sferze regulacyjnej między dyrekcją przedsiębiorstwa oraz kierownictwami zakładów. W metodzie wyodrębniono trzy etapy postępowania: określenie poziomu samodzielności zakładu w ramach poszczególnych, realizowanych w nim funkcji szczegółowe określenie poziomu samodzielności w realizacji funkcji z uwzględnieniem jej wagi określenie ogólnego poziomu samodzielności zakładu (fragment tekstu)

The system of "diarchy" characteristic of the multiple-plant concerns causes the level of the decisional independence, left to the governing bodies of the plants, to be often a source of competence conflicts and disputes between them and the central business management. The initiation of the activities rationalizing the bonds between them is often rendered difficult because of the lack of the theoretically formulated instruments for measuring the real level of independence the plants dispose of. The author presents the "Point method of evaluating the level of independence of a plant". The proceedings include the following three stages: Determination of the level of independence of a plant as to the realized individual functions. Precise determination of the level of independence as regards the realization of the function, taking into consideration its importance. Determination of the general level of independence of a plant. The possible application of the presented method has been shown.(original abstract)
