Business operations are an important factor to the success and prosperity of a company. The increase in the appropriateness and effectiveness of these operations not only can be considered as a prerequisite for the development of an enterprise, but also a condition of its "economic survival". To secure greater relevance and effectiveness, managers should be open to more dimensions, especially to the quality and innovation of products and processes. The contribution of these dimensions is manifested mostly in the event that they are a part of a close management system. (original abstract)
