Positive Approach in Management Science - Subject, Controversies and Main Assignations

Abstrakty
W artykule omówiono względnie nowe podejście w naukach o zarządzaniu, którego przedstawiciele koncentrują uwagę na pozytywnych aspektach funkcjonowania ludzi w organizacjach, jak i samych organizacji. Podjęto próbę określenia źródeł tego podejścia, jego zasięgu oraz podstawowych zmiennych uwzględnianych w jego ramach. Kilka z nich, rzadko rozpatrywanych na gruncie nauk o zarządzaniu, poddano bardziej szczegółowej analizie. Pozwoliło to odkryć prawie dziewiczy obszar, na którym można prowadzić oryginalne i użyteczne badania. (abstrakt oryginalny)
In the article a new approach in management science was discussed which representatives fix attention on positive aspects of workers' and organizations' functioning. Its sources, subject and important variables were identified. A few of these variables, rarely investigated in management science, were more deeply analyzed. Thanks to it a new research area was uncovered. (original abstract)
