Innovativeness of the Human Resources Management Systems in the Polish Enterprises

Abstrakty
Zaprezentowano wyniki badania polskich przedsiębiorstw w zakresie stosowania przez nie innowacyjnych rozwiązań w zarządzaniu zasobami ludzkimi. Z analizy wyników badań wynika, że stosowane jest raczej tradycyjne podejście polskich przedsiębiorców do zarządzania zasobami ludzkimi i niechęć do stosowania przez nich rozwiązań innowacyjnych w tym obszarze, choć powinny być one obecnie ukierunkowane na zarządzanie wiedzą.
In the era of knowledge-based economy, Human Resources Management (HRM) is gaining a strategic importance, because the effectiveness in this area largely determines the competitive advantage of companies. Knowledge-based resources play an important role in creating innovation, contributing also to improve organizational performance. Therefore, the traditional approach to the management of human resources is not sufficient - innovative approach is necessary. The paper presents results of research on innovation in the field of HRM. The results indicate that companies operating in Poland carry out the traditional approach to HRM. The area of knowledge management is neglected, thus it result in a low level of company competitiveness. (original abstract)
