The issue of humanitarian supply chains and the concept of humanitarian logistics are relatively new and need to be developed in many areas. (...) The paper also attempted to approach the issue of applying the QR concept and of and agile supply chain. The author recognized the former concept as impossible to use in an aid chain because of its conceptual assumptions, and the latter limits functioning of a supply chain of humanitarian aid to a closed network in a dynamic system. (...) presented at the end of the paper dilemmas of humanitarian supply chains, show how many areas still need to be refined. (fragment of text)
